Pricing

For our race on May 14, 2016, those who register early may do so at a discounted rate by registering using public discounts on Eventbrite (listed below “Full Price” option when available). Online registration will close on Sunday, May 8, at which point we will offer only walk-up registration on the morning of the event.

In addition, as at previous races, we will offer a student and military/first responder discount — $20 off Open 10K and $15 off Open 5K. If you fall into one of these categories, order the appropriate ticket on Eventbrite and bring a valid ID to registration.

Registration Policies

Yes. Once registration closes, you can register on-site on the morning of the race. You can register only for waves that are not sold out, and you must arrive before your wave begins.
No, we do not process refunds.
No, at this time you are not able to transfer your registration to another individual.
You may defer your registration to the next MGG event with open registration. If there is no event with open registration, you may not defer your registration. All participants electing to defer will be charged a flat fee of $25. Additionally, any coupon codes that have expired will no longer apply towards the final ticket price, and the participant is responsible for paying the difference.
You may upgrade your registration. You will be responsible for paying the current price difference between the tickets. Requests will no longer be accepted within one week of the race.
During registration, you can opt to create or to join a team. Any team edits or requests will no longer be accepted within one week of the race date.
During registration, you choose a time slot preference. Racers are divided into waves based on this preference and on a first come, first served basis until they are full, including the elite wave, with no exceptions. Any specific requests made at least one week prior to the event will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Wave times are emailed to racers during the week of the event. We do our best to get them to you as early as possible after registration closes. Please be patient as we sort data and assign waves accordingly.
